How we use information

Information may be used to evaluate whether a merchant appears suitable for further processing review, communicate with the merchant, maintain lead records, improve the website, and refer qualified cases to a processing provider.

Information shared with processing providers

If a case appears suitable for further review, information submitted to Western Merchant Advisors may be shared with a processing provider for the purpose of contacting the merchant and evaluating potential merchant-account options.

Sensitive information

The initial Western Merchant Advisors form is not intended for bank statements, government identification, Social Security numbers, cardholder data, or other sensitive underwriting documentation.

Contact details and an effective date will be added before launch. This policy may be updated as the business systems and data practices develop.
